OUR GOAL

We track demographics of appointed positions; partner with individuals and associations, developing slates of qualified candidates and support policies that increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the public sector.

INCLUSIVE AMERICA will have an updated database of diverse, bipartisan, highly-qualified candidates for appointments.

Presidential Personnel Office staff members will have a readily-accessible pool of candidates for any position they seek to fill.
